Shipping policy
Tarazifoods.com ships to all 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia.
Online orders placed at Tarazifoods.com will not be delivered on Sundays or major holidays. Orders placed after 12pm PST on Friday or on Saturday and Sunday or over major holiday weekends may take longer to be processed and delivered. Tarazifoods.com is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, information errors, changes to orders, or severe weather.
Where does Tarazi Specialty Foods ship from?
From our California manufacturing facility located in Chino, CA.
How quickly are online orders shipped?
Online orders are shipped within 2 business days. Depending on your location, it may take anywhere from 3 to 7 days to receive your order once shipped.
Can I ship to a PO boxes?
Unfortunately it is not possible, for quicker service we rely on UPS and FedEx to ship website orders.
How much does shipping cost?
No need to worry about that, we cover the shipping cost for online orders.
My package is leaking inside the box. What should I do?

Tahini is 45-52% oil and may leak through the temper proof heat seal in hotter weather or if handled roughly while in transit.
Will higher altitude cause shipping issues?

My package hasn’t arrived. What should I do?
You should have received an email with our tracking number when it shipped. Please use that tracking number to locate your package with the carrier. If that does not help just call or email us at 877-580-1065 or info@tarazifoods.com and we will take it from there.
